SUMMARY:Explore Rick Silva: Dirt Nap at Utah Museum of Contemporary Art
DESCRIPTION:This exhibition features a series of short video clips showing
the artist resting in various natural settings throughout the Western Unit
ed States. By watching these quiet moments of intentional stillness\, you
are invited to reflect on your own connection to the landscape and the imp
ortance of finding peace in nature. The work uses the imagery of resting o
n the ground to explore themes of healing\, loss\, and the changing enviro
nment. It is a meditative experience that encourages you to slow down and
 observe the world around you.
